The federal government is running Pennsylvania's marketplace because Governor Corbett declined to have a state-run exchange.
HealthCare.gov is a place to shop for an insurance plan if you don't have one, or a place to explore your options if you're already insured.
With one Marketplace application, you can see if you qualify for health plans offered there, qualify for government programs like Medicaid and CHIP, and see if you are eligible for cost-saving subsidies.
