Marian Lefevre, a certified application counselor at PinnacleHealth, said that improvements made to HealthCare.gov in a "tech surge," have allowed more Pennsylvanians to successfully enroll and navigate the site.
"It's definitely gotten better, it's gotten more user-friendly. They've obviously put some effort into that, listening to what customers are wanting."
