RESET your account

Perhaps you've hit a few roadblocks or glitches throughout your online enrollment process. Maybe your application got stuck and you can't move forward.
There's a new feature in the Marketplace that lets you RESET your account and start fresh.
Tips from HHS: First, log in to your account, select the application in progress and hit “remove.” Then close and re-open your web browser. Log back into your Healthcare.gov account and start a new application. Having trouble? Call the Customer Call Center at 1-800-318-2596.
