Invincible Heart Tour 4.6 & 4.7.13
Susanna Bair | 03.22.13
Harrisburg, PA – With statistics indicating that the majority of Americans live with moderate to severe levels of stress and that the use of anti-depressants has quadrupled in the past two decades, it is clear that we are out of balance. In addition, as we trudge to our cubicles day-in and day-out, working overtime to make ends meet in a still-struggling economy, many of us cannot shake the feeling that there must be something more to our existence. Perhaps for this reason, Americans clung to the fervent predictions of destruction and salvation over the past decade. The new millennium came and went quietly, however, as did the year 2012. We experienced neither an Apocalypse nor a Rapture, and nobody ascended or descended. So who is going to save us?
Enter Susanna Bair and The Invincible Heart tour. Drawing from three decades of experience as a master meditation teacher, Susanna teaches how to recognize and activate the hero within. By loving ourselves unconditionally, slaying our inner dragons, reconfiguring our relationship to circumstances outside our control, and walking through life from a heart-centered space, we can become vibrantly alive and inspired, experiencing the beauty and harmony inside and around us. With awakened senses, we can save ourselves.
The Invincible Heart Tour will make a stop at the Hershey Country Club, at 1000 E Derry Rd., Hershey, PA 17033, on Saturday April 6 and Sunday April 7, from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm.
On April 6, utilizing guided meditation, group discussion, and a multimedia presentation, Susanna will introduce a new paradigm for the hero archetype and will explore the four points of invincibility – celebration, vulnerability, love, and guidance. Tickets are $39 for one person and $49 for two, and admission is unlimited.
On April 7, Susanna will invite participants to share personal experiences with each of the four points of invincibility. Following each share, Susanna will identify the strong and weak spots, then provide customized guidance on how to strengthen the “growing edge.” Tickets are $199 per person, and admission is limited to 20 people. For those who do not wish to share their stories among a group, Susanna will offer private sessions on April 6 and 7, from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, for $200/hr.
Susanna is truly a master meditation teacher who walks her talk. What she teaches is profound, and all interested in the path of inner development should not miss the opportunity to attend her seminar.” -- Charles Palmer, MD, Professor of Pediatrics at Penn State Hershey Children’s Hospital
“Living from the Heart” is a river, exquisitely gentle. It carries the tremendous blessing brought to consciousness by heart masters. I’ll be going back to it again and again for a long time.” -- Coleman Barks, translator of The Essential Rumi
“Susanna helped me to open the doorway to my unconscious power, through Heart Rhythm Practice. Daily, I use that power in meetings and all my business affairs. My successes have flowed from my heart. Yours can too. “ -- John Humphrey, founder, The Forum Corporation.
