Meditation and the heart
Transforming Health | 04.09.13
Are you looking to wind down after a stressful day at work? Take a listen to this episode of Radio Smart Talk to hear about the benefits of reducing stress with meditation from Susanna Bair... and you'll hear the word "heart" often.
Drawing from three decades of experience as a master meditation teacher, Susanna teaches how to recognize and activate the hero within. By loving ourselves unconditionally, slaying our inner dragons, reconfiguring our relationship to circumstances outside our control, and walking through life from a heart-centered space, we can become vibrantly alive and inspired, experiencing the beauty and harmony inside and around us. With awakened senses, we can save ourselves.
Ms. Bair is author of the book Living from the Heart, co-founder of Heart Rhythm Meditation and a blogger for the Huffington Post. She has been featured nationally in a number of different media, including NPR.
Susanna Bair brought her Invincible Heart tour to Hershey this past weekend to "teach locals how to become vibrantly alive and emotionally resilient, through accessing and living from the heart." She explains what that means in this episode of Radio Smart Talk.
