Ron Johnson workout video: Side-steppers

In this video, Ron Johnson, health and fitness consultant for the YWCA York, shares an exercise that works your upper and lower body: Side-steppers.
Hold a weight against your chest as you step side to side in a squat position. Johnson said to keep your hips low and your shoulders back while contracting your abdominal muscles.
By engaging your core and holding the squat position, you work multiple muscle groups.
